咖哩羊肉甜而不辣,椰汁香,羊肉鮮嫩無羶味;蒜蓉烤餅惹味;雜錦燒烤風味濃郁,魚塊特別,燒雞有嚼口,羊排不羶;Lassi乳酪特飲酸甜開胃。
在Rang Mahal的用餐體驗非常糟糕,透過電話預訂外賣。
印度菜環境有特色。芒果乳酪飲料味道好,Samosa及Pakora都不錯。
Samosa不油膩但內餡多薯仔;蔬菜條新鮮;Roti即叫即焗有麵粉香。南瓜咖喱香辣清甜且落足料,Chicken Masala及Tandoori chicken亦好味。
在銅鑼灣享用印度咖哩,點選了單點菜式。Samosa(咖喱角)非常合胃口。
網上訂位後侍應反應奇怪。買了團購套餐,但菜單難找,且所謂12道菜包括炸得不脆的薄餅、青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲及長米飯。
印度咖喱角皮薄味道不錯;雜錦印度燒烤香氣十足;炭爐烤的naan麵包很正宗,配不同咖哩都很好吃。
自助餐食物種類不算多,部分咖喱沒有標明名稱。雖然食物表現一般,但老闆服務周到有禮。
在時代附近試咖哩,環境不錯,台與台之間空間充足。Vegetarian samosa皮脆好食;Chicken korma在香港算好食,但若再甜點更好;友人點的咖哩較辣;Garlic naan表現平平。整體值得一試。
銅鑼灣餐廳,分量大。Sizzling Tandoori Chicken售$110,價錢合理;咖喱羊肉鮮嫩多汁。老闆笑容親切。
推薦店內的roti和paratha,味道出色。Chicken Tikka、Lamb Rogan Josh及Alu Gobi食材新鮮且好味。
食物味道差,服務極差,男女店員態度不合作且無禮。
印度菜。湯頭稀薄,咖哩及飯味道欠佳。Samosa味道尚可,但用餐過程中未提供薄荷及酸豆醬。
到銅鑼灣Rang Mahal用午餐券,這間北印度菜餐廳由印度班底經營,餐廳面積不大但並不侷促。
午餐自助餐性價比高。雞件tikka、羊肉咖喱及蔬菜咖喱都很好吃。菜式選擇可以更多,但整體而言很划算。
點了兩人份套餐,孩子很喜歡雞/魚tikka。服務良好,店主提到週一至週日有午餐自助餐。
嘗試了餐廳的午餐Thali,咖喱味可以根據要求調整,老闆娘可以改為較濃烈的Jalfrezi口味。
慶祝生日,食物非常出色,包括咖哩、烤餅、飯及tikka。餐廳不收切蛋糕費及開瓶費,地點方便。
食物味道不錯。嘗試了Chicken Tikka、Lamb Rogan Josh、Nan及pulao rice,其中Chicken Tikka多汁可口,Lamb亦煮得恰到好處。
