東棧燒臘

Ordered a whole roasted pig and sliced chicken from Tung Chin. The roasted pig was freshly made with very crispy skin and tender meat. The sliced chicken was also tasty and smooth. The staff were polite and organized the food well into portions.

燒肉皮脆且肉質不會太鹹，是從小吃到大的味道。

叉燒飯單併或雙併均為$33，肉菜飯量足夠。例湯好飲，可自行選購汽水。店內環境普通，位於巷仔內且無冷氣，建議外賣。

紅磡一家屹立34年的燒臘店。燒味出色，特別是燒鵝非常值得一試。豬仔腳滷水做得很好，非常入味且不會太鹹。

半隻白切雞$55，賣相顏色暗啞。雞髀肉全熟，肉質微彈微滑帶點咸香，有少許肉汁；雞胸軟棉。

燒味飯價錢公道，套餐只需$30。燒肉偏瘦有肉汁，皮有脆度；義燒肉質淋身；炒椰菜絲份量足夠，米飯足量；附有普通清湯。
